
Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga
Those early weeks and months of motherhood can be both extraordinary and overwhelming. Your body has done something incredible. This class is an invitation to honour that — to carve out a little time and space to attend to your own needs, whatever that looks like right now, and where babies are not just welcome, they’re part of the practice. There are no expectations and no judgement in this space; feeds, cuddles and nappy explosions are fully anticipated.

Classes are suitable from 6 weeks after vaginal birth and 10 weeks after C-section.
