
Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy is a time of huge physical, emotional and mental flux. These classes offer a gentle, nurturing space to slow down, tune in and feel more at home in your changing body.
Each class weaves together:

Safe, strengthening movement to ease common pregnancy aches, support your posture and prepare for birth

Breathwork practices you can use in labour and in daily life

Mindfulness and relaxation to reduce stress and support your mental wellbeing

Time to connect with your baby and other mums-to-be
All practices are invitational and adaptable. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and take things at your own pace. My classes don’t run from a script and are tailored on the day to support the women in front of me and their individual needs. Classes are suitable from 15 weeks of pregnancy right up until birth. No previous yoga experience is needed and no equipment is needed – just yourself and a water bottle.
Come as you are – tired, excited, anxious – all of it is welcome. This is your space to pause, breathe and remember your own strength.
