Southern Lakes Birth and Breath offers yoga for pregnancy, postnatal mum and bubs, and women’s restorative and strengthening, alongside evidence-based antenatal education and birth preparation workshops in the heart of Wānaka.

At the centre of everything I teach is a simple idea: your breath, your body and your inner resources are enough – and you can learn to trust them.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have an advanced practice, pregnancy sets you on a new path. Join me on the mat and explore this phase of life with curiosity and compassion, getting to know your changing body and your baby, within a community of women doing the same.

I’m a prenatal and women’s health yoga teacher who blends evidence-based practice with lived experience as a mum of three.

 

My classes offer practical tools, mindful movement and a supportive community to help you feel more grounded, confident and connected through every stage of your journey.
