Southern Lakes Birth and Breath offers yoga for pregnancy, postnatal mum and bubs, and women’s restorative and strengthening, alongside evidence-based antenatal education and birth preparation workshops in the heart of Wānaka.
At the centre of everything I teach is a simple idea: your breath, your body and your inner resources are enough – and you can learn to trust them.

I’m a prenatal and women’s health yoga teacher who blends evidence-based practice with lived experience as a mum of three.
